Shipping

All orders are processed ASAP, subject to receipt of payment and stock availability. All NZ orders will be sent via Courier Post. We recommend that you specify a daytime delivery address when ordering, e.g. a work address. Goods will have a delivery window of 1-4 working days. 

All international orders will be sent via International Air (3-10 working days) unless otherwise specified in the shipping options. All import duties and taxes are the purchaser’s responsibility.

 

RETURN POLICY

For our NZ customers we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the dispatch of your order. If you are not happy with our product, on the return of your bag in its original condition, accompanied by the original invoice, a full refund will be given. D&C have the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements. All exchanges must be finalised in the 14 day window.

Please do not send back your purchase to us before contacting us at info@duffleandco.co.nz and receiving an approval notification.

The cost of returning an item for refund or exchange is at the buyers expense. Items lost in transit will not be compensated. If a refund is issued it will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.  No returns or exchanges will be accepted for sale items. All international sales are final, no returns, exchanges or refunds.
